Recipe for pork bowls:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the pork slices and cook until they are no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Pour in Sorachi Hokkaido Tokachi Pork Bowl Sauce and stir to coat the pork evenly. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly and soak in the flavor.
Serve the pork and sauce over a bowl of steamed rice, pouring in the remaining sauce from the pan.
Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or a half-boiled egg to taste.
