Description:
This second album, released in 1984, continues the 80s style sound that featured synths in a big way from the previous album! Starting with the light funk "You Turn Me Out" with its sparkling synth ensemble and electro beat, the album also features dance numbers like "When Will You Be Mine" and "I Saw You Dancing" that were sure to get the floor going in the 80s. There was also "I Don't Want To Be A Movie Star," a ballad with a tearful lead guitar and soulful vocals and chorus, a cover of the Lovers' classic "La La (Means I Love You)," and finally, a rap number that seemed to be ahead of its time. The last song, "Money's Funny Change Is Strange (Rap)," is a rap song that seems to be ahead of its time. (C)RS
