Little Dragon is a Swedish electro-pop band consisting of Japanese-Swedish vocalist Yukimi Nagano, keyboardist Håkan Virenstrand, bassist Fredrik Wallin, and Erik Bodin on drums and percussion. Dragon. Known for their collaborations with Flying Lotus, FKJ, Kaytranada, and many other artists, the Grammy-nominated band has released their latest album, "Slugs of Love"! The album, which the band calls their "masterpiece," is an 11-song work that combines soulful pop music, electronic music, and R&B in a balance that is uniquely the band's own. The album features guest appearances by Damon Albarn (Gorillaz/Blur) and JID, an up-and-coming rapper from J. Cole's Dreamville label.The work was recorded at Gothenburg Studios, and the album is supported by the instantly recognizable vocals of Yukimi Nagano. Of the album, Little Dragon said, "We have been exploring ways to collaborate and communicate. We break down patterns and create new ones. We explore and play along with this music that evolves in all directions, forward, backward, sideways, sometimes with curiosity, pulling keys, sometimes violently, sometimes gently, strumming different things, plucking strings, recording sounds, pushing the limits of how much we can modify the sound, exploring together, playing along with this music We have completed a perfect work of art, dancing, crying and laughing.
