Guide Roller 75×15 mm made of Polyamide 6G

The 75×15 mm guide roller made of cast Polyamide 6G (PA6G) is designed for precise guidance tasks in conveyor technology, special machinery, and intralogistics. With a load capacity of 150 kg, a bore of Ø12 mm, and a hub length of 10 mm, it is ready for immediate installation and requires little maintenance. The integrated ball bearing is axially secured with a circlip – ensuring permanently backlash-free, smooth running even under continuous load. Typical applications include guide rollers in conveyor technology and mechanical engineering.

Construction & Material

The wheel body is precisely turned from cast Polyamide 6 (PA6G). PA6G is characterized by high wear resistance, good chemical resistance, low noise development, and electrical non-conductivity. Compared to steel rollers, the weight is significantly reduced – with comparable load capacity. The ball bearing is axially secured by a circlip, which allows for easy mounting on axles or bolts without additional fastening elements.
